【摘要】 目的探讨急性高血糖对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的影响,并分析高血糖浓度与脑缺血再灌注损伤程度及预后关系。方法制备SD大鼠大脑中动脉缺血再灌注模型,于术前30 min腹腔注射25%葡萄糖或生理盐水(10 mL/kg体重),缺血90 min,再灌注24 h后评估大鼠神经缺失症状,检测血清肌酸激酶脑型同工酶水平、脑梗死体积、脑组织含水量,以及神经细胞凋亡和脑组织病理形态学改变。结果与模型组相比,高血糖组大鼠急性期存活率降低(P<0.05),脑组织病理损害明显加重,脑梗死体积、细胞凋亡数、脑组织含水量、颅底出血风险、神经缺失症状及血清肌酸激酶脑型同工酶水平均显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。大鼠血清肌酸激酶脑型同工酶水平与缺血再灌注前血糖浓度有直线相关关系(r=0.68)。结论通过扩大脑梗死体积,促进细胞凋亡,增加脑组织含水量和血清肌酸激酶脑型同工酶水平,急性高血糖加重大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤。高血糖浓度与脑缺血再灌注损伤程度有直线相关关系,对预后不利。 更多还原
