【摘要】 Cre/loxP位点特异性重组系统由Cre重组酶和loxP位点组成。Cre重组酶可识别loxP位点并催化2个loxP位点之间的DNA进行精确的位点特异性重组。该系统作用方式简单、重组效率高,可定时、定位地对基因进行修饰,已成为一种定向改变生物活体遗传信息的重要的试验工具。本文主要就Cre/loxP系统的结构、重组机制、特点及其在口腔医学领域中的应用作一综述。 更多还原
