【摘要】 目的观察福赛斯坦纳菌(T.forsythensis)在2型糖尿病患者不同牙周状况下的分布及其与相关影响因素的关系,探讨T.forsythensis在慢性牙周炎与2型糖尿病中的作用。方法采集160例不同牙周状况的2型糖尿病患者的龈下集合菌斑,采用酚-氯仿法提取细菌DNA,应用聚合酶链反应法对T.forsythensis进行检测。采用Pearson相关和Logistic回归等统计方法分析T.forsythensis与牙周及全身状况的相关性。结果 160例糖尿病患者中,T.forsythensis在牙周健康组未检出,在轻度牙周炎组检出率为47.82%,中度牙周炎组为48.71%,重度牙周炎组为67.39%。重度牙周炎组的检出率明显高于轻、中度组(P<0.05)。与T.forsythensis独立相关的因素有简化口腔卫生指数和糖尿病病程,OR值分别为1.947、0.873。结论 T.forsythensis在2型糖尿病牙周炎患者中的分布与口腔卫生状况、牙周破坏程度及糖尿病病程有关。 更多还原
