【摘要】 GATA-4是心脏发育过程中至关重要的转录因子,属于具有保守锌指结构的GATA转录因子家族。GATA-4基因缺失可致胚胎死亡,而不同位点的错义突变将引起不同类型的先天性心脏发育畸形。文章旨在通过对GATA-4在心肌细胞分化、胚胎发育、细胞凋亡等方面所起的作用,对相关研究进展进行综述,探讨GATA-4在心脏发育中的作用,从而为防治人类相关疾病提供理论依据。 更多还原
