【摘要】 转化医学是指从病床到实验台(from Beside to Bench)的"双B"转化或反向的"双B"转化,建立两者的联合,推动医学研究和临床发展。医学研究分临床研究、临床基础研究及基础研究,后两者尤其应着力于转化。要跨越转化中的障碍,并注意临床应用与实验研究的差异,特别是"治疗性误解(therapeutical misconception,TMC)",把转化医学的观念深入到医生的临床实践及教学、研究中去。杂志应该起积极推动作用。 更多还原
