当代大学生思想政治教育中冷漠心理及其对策

摘 要:当前,一些大学生在面对思想政治教育时表现出一种冷漠的心理,本文对这种冷漠心理产生的原因进行简单的剖析,并且提出改变大学生在思想政治教育中冷漠心理的对策。

   四、改变大学生思想政治教育中冷漠心理的对策

1.提高大学生自身的素质

1)针对学生从众和逆反心理的现状,应对大学生加强学习目的观、价值观、理想与道德纪律的教育,防止出现跟风现象。其次,要重视学生的意见与建议。定期收集学生对思想政治理论课程教育的意见与建议,能够有效地改进课程教育水平、控制思想政治理论课冷漠进一步蔓延。

2)注重心理引导。首先,对大学生现实的问题,教育工作者应做到恰到好处的引导,不能伤害学生的自尊心,否则,会适得其反。其次,注意大学生需要的预测。关注学生在大学里要学生什么和将来要从事什么工作的问题。进而加强对学生学习与就业的科学引导,使其认识到思想政治理论课学习对其成长成才的重要性,可以引起学生对思想政治理论课的兴趣。

3)学生要自我教育与自我反思。学生要从道德、纪律、价值观等方面反思自己对该课程的冷漠,加强自身自律精神的培养,注重自我管理精神的发扬。培养自己对思想政治理论课的兴趣。

2.优化高校思想政治教育的各个环节

1)提升教育者的综合素质水平。首先,教育者要加强提高自身的专业素养。其次,提高个人魅力,要言传身教,以身作则,为学生树立学习的榜样。再次,教育工作者增加感情的投入。在思想政治教育中,教育者要用真挚的感情去激发学生学习的兴趣和热情,使学生乐于接受教育内容。

2)改进教育内容。基于高校教材的原理,教育内容要理论联系实际,从实际出发,选择的事迹人物符合时代,激发学生的兴趣,调动学生在课堂上的积极性。其次,教育内容要有针对性。根据教育对象的特点,对不同的人提出不同的具体要求。如针对专科生、本科生、研究生等不同层次的学生提出不同的要求,努力提高思想政治教育的成效。

3)优化与创新教育方式。教育工作者要采用灵活多样化的教育方式,增强思想政治理论课教育的针对性和趣味性,激发学生的学习热情。一是,充分利用网络教育与传统课堂教学相融合、课外实践活动授课等。二是,把思想政治理论课与其他的相关的专业课结合起来,做到隐性教育,从而提高思想政治理论课的教育质量。

3.努力营造良好的思想政治教育环境

1)依靠政府和社会力量,优化思想政治教育宏观教育。党和政府要在全社会大力倡导良好的社会道德风尚和正确是舆论导向。同时政府应加强立法和执法力度,打击社会各种违法犯罪活动。政府相关部门要加强对网络的监管,塑造一个良好的网络环境,遏制西方文化和生活方式的不良影响。良好的社会环境可以削弱与遏制从众心理、逆反心理与冷漠心理的滋生。

2)营造良好的家庭环境。良好的思想政治教育效果离不开和睦的家庭环境。家庭和睦会使大学生从小养成良好的人格,会使其对具有正能量的事感兴趣与愿意接受。因此,要营造良好的家庭环境,从小消除冷漠心理滋生的土壤。

总之,只要通过受教育者自身的自我教育、教育系统与优化社会环境等才有可能消除大学生在思想政治教育中的冷漠现象,进而增强思想政治教育的成效。
